Exterior design blends with the historical theme of the downtown area. Three-level structural steel frame bank/office/administrative facility consists of 21,000 total square feet: 1,500 square foot lower level vault, 8,000 square feet of lobby/office on the main level and 11,500 square foot second level consisting of conference rooms and offices. The 2nd level of the building covers the drive thru teller lanes. The exterior consists of brick, stone, and granite tile.
Clerestory at the lobby, glass/wood railings at the perimeter of the mezzanine. Granite, maple, and plastic laminate finishes throughout the interior. Three stair towers and one elevator. Asphalt parking lot with landscape pods. Construction started December 2003 and was completed November 2004.
