Fenske Media This new high tech 50,000 SF print house is one of the area’s most unique buildings. Split into warehouse printing and 17,000 SF of state of the art office space this company puts out over a million pieces of mail each week. The building, built with quick erect precast and glass curtain walls went up in 6 months to meet the owners’ needs. With deadlines set for new print presses coming out of Germany, this static free, constant humidity, high tech mechanical system building rose from the ground with teamwork as the only option. This building, at a cost of over $9 million with its equipment and specialized systems, is a work of art to the Black Hills Area.
