Brick veneer and dryvit exterior at administrative areas, including clerestories and radius exterior walls, brick veneer and factory finish steel panels at warehouse areas. Clerestory with translucent light panels and exposed structural steel at central administrative area. Radius exterior walls with “Employee Memorial Wall” at Employee Lounge. Maple wood doors with cherry trim throughout with carpet, slate, and vinyl composite tile floors.
The project was competed in ten months, on schedule and with in budget. Critical completion date was established by owners lease and move out dates at existing location.
