This new facility under the construction management delivery serves as the headquarters for a new high tech telecommunications cable company. The single story 60,000 SF building is located in Rapid City, SD.

This project was very challenging in that it was constructed during the winter months and had very tight time constraints. It was further complicated by the fact that the administration and technical personnel needed to move to this new location with uninterrupted, quality service to their clients. We had to closely coordinate our construction schedule with the owner to provide a smooth transition.

The new facility included many of the following specialty designs
• Dust and static free construction
• Variation of Block Design, and color that represented the beautiful Black Hills scenery
• Fine interior finishes and trim
• Unique customer friendly entrances.

Design-Build was used as a method of delivery to the client. We were able to integrated planning, design, architecture, engineering and construction disciplines to deliver a streamlined and effective project.
