Safeway Grocery Store

This 32,000 sf. Grocery store built on caissons in the Baken Park district was finished in 6 months out of block and EIFS, on time and with-in budget. Built directly next to the existing building the project was a success. Demolition of the existing finished up this project and enlarged the parking area and enhancement to the Baken Park Shopping district.
