Wells Fargo

This project involved the demolition and rebuilding of a banking facility located in the historic district of downtown Rapid City. The exterior design required approval from the Rapid City Historical Society. One challenging requirement to the construction team was that during construction the owner needed to conduct business. Another difficult requirement encountered was a ten month completion date. A major coordination effort by Gustafson Builders with the design team and the owner produced a successful project completed on time.

The bank is 48,000 square feet in size and is three stories high. It serves as the regional headquarters for local private banking business and training.
